cadet1  ADISA’s athletics program prioritizes training that improves athleticism as opposed to focusing on the immediate desire to win. Encouraging healthy activities and developing a long-term enjoyment of sports gives naturally gifted children the tools that will help them perform at an elite level.

ADISA’s work with student-athletes during an academic year is quit challenging.  The children need to be able to train for one or two hours a day for at least two to three days a week (depending on their category) in order to get stronger, improve their level of performance, and be in top athletic condition all the way through the academic year.
